recital de guitarra en Granada

Pablo Giménez

As a soloist, he performed his Spanish guitar recital at the Bruno Walter Auditorium at the Lincoln Center in New York in 2016, at the age of 24. This time, he presented a program titled «Inspired by Flamenco,» showcasing the relationship and kinship between Spanish classical guitar and flamenco. He holds a degree in classical guitar and flamenco guitar from the conservatories of Granada and Córdoba, and complements his studies with a master’s degree in studies and research on flamenco. Currently, he is pursuing a doctorate on the relationship between classical and flamenco guitar at the University of Granada.

Awarded by the Andalusian Institute of Youth at the XVII Granada Joven Awards in the art category in 2017, he has performed concerts in the United States, Canada, Tunisia, Brazil, China, Taiwan and various European countries.

Alejandro González

He defines his musical style as «eclectic and emotional, seeking the most intense and direct part of music to connect with people and express what reflects the atmosphere of each concert.».

His research in the field of performance has led him to travel with his music to various cities and countries in Europe, Asia, and Africa. He has won several awards in numerous national competitions as a soloist and in chamber music. His career, far from being over, continues to seek inspiration in new techniques and music to offer an experience rich in technique and harmony.

Álvaro Muñoz

He has given recitals as a soloist at the Cibeles Palace in Madrid and the National Art Museum of Catalonia. He has collaborated with the Madrid Symphony Orchestra at the National Auditorium, and with the Spanish Radio and Television Orchestra (RTVE) at the Teatro Monumental and the Teatro Auditorio de San Lorenzo in El Escorial.

As for his compositions, he has premiered his own works at the Columnas room of the Círculo de Bellas Artes in Madrid, the 400th auditorium of the Reina Sofía Museum and the Chamber Hall of the National Auditorium. Currently, he has around half a hundred works for various instruments, although his preference is the guitar. Among his most notable awards, we can mention the first prize in the “XXV edition of the Contest of Young Creators”, an award that opened the doors for him to participate in the Bienal de Jóvenes Artistas “Mediterráneo 18”, held in Tirana, Albania.

Participating in Pablo Giménez's concerts was an enriching experience. His passion for music and his dedication to conveying the story behind each piece made the event truly special.
